"Rouen Holiday"
My family and I stayed at this hotel for a night. Was very close to the old part of town and even shorter walk to the Siene. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. There were four of us, so it was a little squashed, but for a night it was fine. The breakfast was good!!! There is no allocated car parking but there is a paying carpark within site of the hotel Euro9 for 24 hours.
Would stay again.
